• Personal information will be retained only to the extent necessary for its purpose of use and in accordance with ADB’s retention schedules. You may delete your personal data through the user’s settings.

• In processing your personal information, ADB may rely on contractors which will process personal information in accordance with the terms agreed between ADB and its contractors, in line with ADB’s Privacy statement and this Privacy Notice. Only ADB, as the data controller, and its contractors have access to your personal data. Your personal data will not be shared with any third party.

• Your personal information may be used for the following purposes: (a) registering and creating a profile on the Site, (b) responding to your enquiries, (c) sending you newsletters and alerts, …

• ADB may also match profiles with basic statistics of use including Site pages/contents viewed, questions and forms submitted. 

• ADB and its contractors use reasonable efforts to protect personal information by technical and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.
